Once customer approval is received, nearly all electronic devices sent to Parkell for service are serviced and returned in a timely manner. The company strives to have your device serviced and on its way back to you as quickly as possible. However, if Parkell does not have a replacement or updated product, they apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

If you have a unit that is in need of service and it's listed below, please call Parkell for information on updated products similar to the one(s) they no longer service. The company provides a list of products that are no longer serviced due to age, lack of replacement parts, or discontinuation of the product.

In some cases, Parkell may be unsuccessful in reaching you and/or obtaining your authorization for needed service work within 60 days of receipt of your returned equipment. If this happens, your equipment will be shipped back to you C.O.D in non-serviced condition. An estimate will be prepared for your approval prior to starting any work.

All equipment services include a 90-day warranty. If further work is required, there will be an additional tech fee of $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, plus any parts required. This service fee includes evaluation and replacing the water filter.

It's worth noting that there will be a minimum service fee of $125 for all equipment outside of warranty. Parkell uses this fee solely for service updates and authorization requests. Your phone number will never be shared with third parties, and you can opt to provide your cell phone number for text-based service quotes and authorization abilities to expedite the service process.
